Wow, looking at this list kind of helps me relive this past year, as I always link a book to what's going on in my life at the time I read it. Which of course may also affect my opinion of the book!
My Top 8 books of 2008 are:
Twilight (my FAVORITE this year!!!)
The Secret Life of Bees
Eat, Pray, Love
The Beach House
Harry Potter Sorcerer's Stone
The Last Lecture
The Kite Runner
Marley & Me
Will I give myself another challenge for 2009, you may ask?? Of course! I will keep my goal set for 50 books since I didn't reach it this year. For anyone who actually reads my reviews - is there anything I should change? add? remove? from my reviews? I try to keep them fairly short & simple because I know many blog followers do not read my book reviews. But they are a big part of what makes me tick, so I will definitely continue posting them! :)
Oh and if any of you have read a book that I post about or have suggestions of books you think I should read - please post your thoughts in the comments!
Happy Reading!

I like your book reviews. Even though I don't always post to them I like to see what you say and get ideas to read. I really should read more myself-i like it but find I do more "reading" online:) Maybe I will get those Twilight books...i did get a gift card to Barnes and Noble...and I can't wait for you to read the rest of the Harry Potter ones. Number 3 was one of my faves (and it problaly is my fave until book 7-that one is REALLY good.)
